Fallout 4 0.291

Fallout 4 (TES With Guns)

ENBSeries 0.291 (graphic mod) / ENBoost (patch)

Increased dithering amount for sky gradient, because previous reported was not enough.
Added SDK with example for using ENBSeries with script extenders. Example project is builded with VS2008, if you use any different, just create empty dll project of x64.

Offtop:
I thought about Oculus Rift purchase and making support by the mod last days. But "fortunately" on the official site saw changes in latest SDK which makes this device completely useless piece of plastic. Damn, it was announced so long time ago and still nowhere with huge amount of money invested. Reminds my entirely corrupted country where making new spoon design costs billions of euro and 100 meters of road in Moscow costs budget of Ukraine. Really, wtf is going on with this world? Are all going mad brainless idiots? Apple using microwaves in devices to ruin minds or is it new immigrants employees, same who developing AMD drivers?

Omfg! Damn Russia doing another shit again and again and again. Now introducing 28 dec 2015 another limit for converting currencies and this is directly fuck me in the ass, just because i wasted many years to earn the fucking money. And now i must invest money fast in to something.

Terribly sorry to hear that Boris.
There are quite a few things either European or France related coming our way too. It's ugly.

To quote that sentence in Deus Ex : It's not the end of the world, but we can see it from here.

You will see a lot of things changing back and forth over the next year. The US Dollar is going to take a dump, it is nothing but paper not backed by anything. This is going to cause some turmoil all over the planet. I am not to worried about it, in the near future currency will mean nothing. Keep in mind it is a move toward the better.

Re: Fallout 4 0.291

If you just want to store the monetary value, can't you invest in something that holds its value like gold or something like that, which isn't affected by the ups and downs of your currency?
