The Elder Scrolls Skyrim SE (SSE)
Added water caustic and dispersion effects.
There are many waters, i can't modify all of them, so you may report missed waters, but not expect to fix them fast.

The new update seems not to be working, i don´t see any changes to the water using the mod Realistic Water Two and using the default game water, i´ve tested in Riverwood, Whiterun and in Winterhold, but no luck.

Same here. I uninstalled every mod that may influence waters, but still no effects.
Any particular place I can check ?

What kind of things or settings can affect this ?
Some ini file settings ?
I tried to turn off 64bit render targets and snow shaders - still nothing.
I am not sure though, that I disabled the rigth things -
SkyrimPrefs.ini>
bUse64bitsHDRRenderTarget=0
bEnableImprovedSnow=0
(Can not use SkyrimSELauncher, because it would mess up my carefully constructed ini files.)
And is that of some importance that I use SKSE64 ?

I tried with those two enabled, works fine. So i don't really know. Try with my ini, but replace there name of videocard

Tried with these ini settings - no change. I also tried without SKSE64 - still no change. So we can exclude ini files and SKSE64 as culprits.
Can some other ENB files make any difference ? I only replaced d3d11.dll

Same here, i´ve tried your config, also removing any other ini. config changing mods, all water changing mods as well, starting the game with the default game launcher and after that using the SKSE64 but i´ve seen no changes.
Edit: i´ll try using other ENB presets just in case, for now i was using Rudy ENB SE (NAT preset).
Edit2: Nop, ENB presets are not a problem here.
Emm, Boris? You checked if something got altered while uploading the update?

ALAS IT WORKS WOO. Also I know you said there is a ton of water to do and it'll take time. Not to over pressure you but I see the caustics doesnt carry underwater; I forgot on Oldrim was that part of underwater or all part of "water". I assume thats another water part you were talking about?

Now it is working, i´ve tested in Whiterun, outside of Winterhold, Riverwood and is working fine, but in DragonsReach exactly in this place, i´ve noticed that if you set the Dispersion Amount to 1.0, you´ll notice this weird colorfull lines and they become to normal if you lower the Dispersion Amount.
