What is a "frennel"?

I know the Fresnel effect, but not the Frennel effect.

It's mistake of my engrish, because how its named in russian language, i thought the same in english but with extra n symbol. Too late to fix to not break presets.

so i've been useing an outdated copy of enb for years and i'm trying to update. but... i cant for the life of me figure out how to actually download the new stuff. where do i find it? o.O

Go to enbdev.com > News > Download > TES Skyrim > v0.422 > scroll down and click on the arrow next to the "download" text.
