There is a way to fix this because i saw same problem on discord was solved. But don't know how, multiplayers never supported.

Is there a discord? I would like to join it and ask around. I would love to get my GTA V (FiveM) looking good again.

Discord almost dont have gta5 gamers and multiplayers never were supported.

i installed 0.492, as it shows when gta starts, but wyìhy it also says "new version available for download?

Restored HighQualityMSAA in the enblocal.ini under new name to avoid performance impact by brainless setting.
