Long Loading times with SSAO

Apologies if this has already been brought up but i can't seem to find it mentioned elsewhere

I Get extremely long loading times when enabling ssao, is this normal?

Well I have found a workaround,

Whilst it is loading I hit Shift+F12, this seems to disable enb, and then it loads quickly, once its loaded hit Shift+f12 again turn enb back on.

only down side is its the same shortcut for Steams screenshot. So i end up with a few screenshots at the end of gameplay.

This is internal game mistake, all i can is to detect loading and disable mod at all.
