ENB and Full screen Windowed mode...

Hi I was wondering why am i getting such a low fps when ever I try to run skyrim with both enb and windowed mode? 45fps full screen and only 20 when in windowed mode...
I tried few things like switching to windows aero theme, but it did not do anything
My specs: i7-2600k ati 6990 8gigs of 1600mhz ram windows 7 64bit

Oh wow, I run windowed mode also, is that why my FPS is bad with ENB??

It's not problem of the mod, there are many situations which may cause this, for example multimonitor mode, drivers, etc, etc, etc
