GTA sa Crashing After Intro, d3d9.dll

Hi, my gta sa on Steam keeps crashing after intro screen. I know it's because of the D3d9.dll, But I want to know if there is a way around it.
I found out I might need to downgrade my version of Sa. I looked everywhere I could, But iI keep getting dodgy websites, with dodgy links
can anybody help me please, :?:

I forgot to mention I was able to play it with the D3d9.dll last night, but today it seems to crash every time.. :(

Update directx runtime, turn off steam overlay. Don't know anything else

Windows 8/8.1 are unsupported and many people have problems with it. Although with modloader mod you can load ENB, this is a solution that worked for everyone having issues yet.

Yes Marty, but, i've tested in a clean SA with and without:

- Silent Asi Loader
- Downgraded to V1.0 .exe
- Mod Loader

And still gives error with the clean SA, but testing with a modified SA, enb v0.248 works, but with a in-game screen bug...

EDIT: I solved the problem with modified SA, and now, this looks awesome with your MMGE Marty, thanks ;)
