Maybe I fucked up somewhere along the line of .ini files, but is it normaly to be getting low 30 fps (less then 15 inside riften's bar) with Real Vision Performance ENB with 16 GB RAM, GTX 670 4gb, and an I5-3570k ?

This possible only if display resolution is very high, with downsampling or transparency antialiasing, when SizeScale for reflections and ambient occlusions are high and their quality presets also.

Any clue on how I go about fixing that? This is what my ENBLocal.ini looks like.

WaitBusyRenderer=true
EnableFPSLimit=true
These both are reason for low performance, especially first one.

I'm afraid that hasn't changed anything... My FPS are still at the same numbers.

WaitBusyRenderer and EnableFPSLimit must be set to false, if you misunderstood me. For all other cases, turn each effect individually in editor and measure performance.

Yeah, I understood you. Thanks for the feed back, though what FPS should a set up line me be getting? 40?

Do you mean in fps limiter? If EnableFPSLimit=false, value ignored (also if i remember, key "home" by default toggle fps limiter). Turn off everything in [EFFECTS] category of enbseries.ini and measure performance by toggling each effect, it's the only solution for you right now.

Just made an account because I had the same problem, and it's definitely some weird settings within the realvision preset. My setup is very similar to yours except I have SLI 670, but only 2gb Vram, and my frames were being halved only indoors in riften. I saw how you were using realvision as well, and I thought of just swapping enb presets. I threw in Project ENB, and presto, no super lag.

I would guess somewhere inside the realvision preset there's some funky stuff going on, and I don't have the time and dedication to find out what it is...
