Hello, I have been experimenting with every AA mode my hardware allows. SMAA, ENB edge AA and FXAA mainly. At first I preferred SMAA, but then started noticing too much temporal aliasing (aka shimmering). Tried Edge AA but wasn't satisfied. Then I tried the game's native FXAA again, and noticed close to none temporal artifacts and, although a bit blurred, the screen feels more cohesive since every detail gets the same treatment.

My question is: is the game's FXAA processed before ENB, and if so, does this mess up its processing?

BTW, I'm using my driver's HBAO+ instead of ENB's SSAO. It's quite silly through fog but performance has been okay. Same question here, does it mess other stuff up?

Here's my effects config:

[EFFECT]
//disabled
UseOriginalPostProcessing=false
UseOriginalObjectsProcessing=false
EnableAmbientOcclusion=false
EnableDepthOfField=false
EnableLens=false
EnableImageBasedLighting=false
EnableSkyLighting=false
EnableReflection=false
EnableVolumetricRays=false

//enabled
EnableAdaptation=true
EnableBloom=true
EnableCloudsShadow=true
EnableDetailedShadow=true
EnableParticleLights=true
EnableSoftParticles=true
EnableSubSurfaceScattering=true
EnableSunGlare=true
EnableSunRays=true
EnableWater=true
EnableUnderwater=true

Really the Game FXAA is temporal more stable on complex things like hair and fences in motion also if you sharpen it again ?
