I'm having serious performance troubles (my FPS drops to 1 or 2, while normaly i'm having 45 - 50) only at the outskirts of the cities for some reason... Any solution?

Game rig:

intel i5 2500k
660 GTX 2GB OC
8GB RAM

Memory manager not configured properly while it's enabled (ReduceSystemMemoryUsage=true in enblocal.ini). Tweak VideoMemorySizeMb parameter, f.e. set it 2000 and ReservedMemorySizeMb=256
