Hi. How are you??

I get nice 35-40 fps outside with Enb in Skyrim. Looks great. I use Realvison Nova.

Also I have .inis with Ewis that work well and Nvidia control panel i think I have the right options (its not a vsynch problem).

For some reason, as I walk, all the texture-image-lighting looks like its not stable. Flickers a lot as i move specially in the distance and my fps are still over 35. Maybe its that called Microstuttering?? Dont know.

The game doesnt have any artifacts or similar, its just this bad effect.

Can you help me how to remove this thing??

Thank you

That's aliasing you're running into. Since ENB doesn't work with hardware AA it can be hard to fix. Best way to fix is downsampling. If that's not an option for any reason then I've found best results with using SMAA (from SweetFX or SMAAinjector) and TransparencyAA enabled in enblocal. You could try TemporalAA as that is actually more effective at this but it often has side effects. You'll still have the shimmering but it should be less.
