Started game even on old saves and this halo is around me. it moves with the sun and i cannot figure the ENB settings to get rid of it? any help appreciated.

I don't know what this could be. Remove all files of the mod (includiong effect.txt), install only official. If issue will not appear, replace files one by one and check again.

Did that the only time it came back is when i started the ENBInjector.
