Yeah i have that :) just found out about the ENBhost calculation function in it thanks for pointing it out !
I bet those x2 780 are a gem with this game, but with two of these beast cards i would have expected skyrim to go 60 fps all the way even with an enb . . no sweat.

ENB quality settings, especially SSAO used with higher resoutions, dense grass mods and mods which increase mesh complexity, shadow quality settings and high ugrids can all limit your FPS even on a high end rig as the modded game is not well optimised.

I could easily get a constant 60 FPS but I prefer higher quality and a slight performance drop for Skyrim.

edit you will also lose some FPS as you max out your VRAM as it has to swap textures between VRAM and RAM which is a lot slower.

you have 1gb more then memory then me on your VRAM since i have the 680 gtx 2gb, man i remember buying that card when it was state of the art and now technology moves so fast almost everyone has a 7xx series cards :P
Anyways i even have the same memory as you do (Corsair Vengance 1600), so in terms of memory i should be hitting around 8-7gb easy (not counting FPS :P)
I am really happy to get some answers and statistics finally thanks for your time!
Last what notable texture packs are you using and are you using unique book covers ? because i think that this mod was the breaking point of my RAM.

Ohkay
Thanks! A lot of blood, sweat and money went into building it! Have just finished installing 2 waterblocks on my 780s - looking forward to some serious overclocking now... ;)

I will post list of textures that I consider a must later today or tomorrow (got to work now :( ) But as a base I would highly recommend Skyrim Realistic Overhaul - covers all areas inc Dawnguard, it's not available on the Nexus anymore but if you google it you should find some download links - get 2k version plus update if you can - the textures are amazing detailed and look great with enb.

Hm, so this is normal then? I get stutters/spikes when in combat at times, so I was wondering what that was, nice rig btw :D similar to mine except you have an extra 780 :(

Thanks - the extra card is well worth the upgrade - does nothing for vanilla Skyrim but really helps FPS with all the ENB effects

Unique Grasses and Groundcovers - Nature and Landscape Enhancement http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/42370/?
Vivid Landscapes - All in One http://www.nexusmods.com/skyrim/mods/49344/?

Some of these texture packs will conflict - you'll just have to decide yourself what overwrites what - use NMM easy to unistall and change your mind

Install these a few at a time and test performance - installing all at 2k may cause you game to stutter a lot - some of the 1k versions can look nearly as good

Hope this helps :D

Hey i really appreciate it dude your a lot of help!
I will look over these soon, what's your favorite method of testing ? i just now finished a test run with starting by going over every item in the forge so he will load all the textures and then setting speed mult and traveling through all the areas and main cities so he will load all the textures for every zone and tow and so far i'm pretty good :)
I've got 1,978MB VRAM max and 2517mb RAM MAX.

Whats your method ?

Post subject:  Re: VRAM and RAM and ENBoost

I just have a few set runs that cover heavy areas, where I used to get crashes, but your method sounds good. Test at normal speed to subjectively measure stutters for gameplay as you will always get more at higher speeds - they are good for stress testing against ctds though.
