Hey, I am experiencing a weird issue. I am playing the game with enb and some texture mods. I have gtx 780 6 gb. i5 4690. and 8 gb ram.
Minimum fps is 45. In game when I look around and move, my hands and mouse starts to stutter. Weird thing is I wanted to record this problem with shadowplay and it doesnt stutter in the video! While playing it stutters and in the video there isnt any stutters, it looks so smooth in the recorded video. But not smooth even I dont record it. Recording doesnt change stutter amount.

I tried to use lower resolutions for textures it didnt change anything.

I need help. it is so annoying. Thanks.

Stutters and lags are too much generic descriptions by users, describe anyhow, but to make it clear behind many kinds of similar things.
Btw, i don't know how your hands may stutter, your real world hands? Or game first person models? Even if second, they are drawed together with other objects, so the only things came to mind are no vsync and videocard is too much busy processing several frames from command buffer, frame limiter is solution and vsync as well (frame limiter in in enblocal.ini).

I think I know what you mean... Does it look like screen tearing? I can have that sometimes too. If I disable ENBs VSYNC the problem goes away.
This happen randomly from time to time.

Edit: Wrong by me..... If I disable the LIMITER not VSYNC the tearing goes away. Sorry!

I know exactly what you mean. I'm running a I7 and a R9 290, and experiencing heavy stuttering whenever I install ENB. It's definitely the ENB; I even tried deleting all my mods and making a fresh install of Skyrim... the second I activate ENB it starts to stutter, and the second I remove it the stuttering disappears. The frame rate stays around 40fps, but it's like frames are being dropped or not shown to me (as if the computer is generating 40fps but only showing me 15 of them). There's a very jerky stuttering movement that's most visible when I move the mouse or look around. I've been searching for an answer for a few months now, and it seems to be a very common problem particular to ENB. There are posts on it on Reddit, on Nexus, even on this forum. Just do a search for "ENB microstutter" or "ENB stutter" and you'd be surprised how many show up. However there doesn't seem to be any solution - other than uninstalling ENB (which is a shame considering how good it looks). You're not alone though, a large number of people have it and it seems to happen with newer hardware.
