Alright guys, first off been a long time modded game and enb user for Bethesda games.
My issue comes from fallout 3, i upgraded the enb to the new version and now suffer from a terrible fps drop randomly.
It will run fine, and i have patched everything to where it rarely crashes but now the problem is, after awhile of play it becomes unbearable.
I added Impact as my last mod to end my lineup, all is patched but i dont know if its the new enb series , midrhastic, or impact. Only three things i figured.
My hardware is exceptional, so im not sure why im having this issue. Everything worked and ran smooth on last version of both the enbs.
Any ideas gentlemen?

Also i edited the occlusion , turned it off to see. No change. Limited FPS to 60, no change. So those two fixes were no good.
any suggestions will be much appreciated.
i have new vegas and skyrim enbs upgraded and stable at least, however fallout 3 is my favorite haha.

May be memory manager is enabled, but not properly configured, so it frequently fill up all available vram.

It does trouble me because New vegas and that enb is way more demanding on ram and it runs perfect! Could it be a conflict perhaps in a overwritten texture or something causing this slowdown in fallout 3? Like i said its not immediate, it will run smooth until random intervals, whether interior or exterior. Once it starts it doesnt go away for awhile usually.

Hmm well i deleted my ENB completely , got the enb binaries, ran the game and it was running fine in a area i was losing major fps in. Redownloaded Midrhastic , doesnt stutter as bad but still noticeable, i got the enbboost as well. Not sure what the deal is, i dont know what settings i need to tweak , been changing settings but to no avail.
