Fallout 4 - ENB .286 not using RAM

Screenshot of task manager, VMMap, & GPU-Z: http://i.imgur.com/0wA25m8.png

CPU: i5-3317U 1.7GHz
RAM: 8GB
Video: Intel HD Graphics 4000, 1GB

I've tried multiple resolutions (fullscreen), and VideoMemorySizeMb set to 3000, 5000, & 8000.

All effects are off, and I have the texture optimization project loaded through NMM.

Regardless of VMS, resolution, etc - it gets ~8-12 FPS in a simple area like Sanctuary, ~2FPS in a complicated one like Corvega; uses 100% CPU and maxes out VRAM according to GPU-Z - but leaves 2-4GB of RAM free.

So it seems like ENB isn't doing the job of using RAM to supplement VRAM. (Or my tools somehow aren't seeing the RAM that ENB is using?)

Any suggestions?

1 How do you plan to see amount of memory used by driver?
2 Why do you think ram used instead of vram for goddamn Intel which don't have vram?

Geez, i'd say in your case ENB wouldn't help. Your specs are pretty tough man, not much you can do there. ENBLocal's memory tweak does work, since Boris released it and up until now it has improved my rig's performance in Fallout 4 and with others as well.

Another thing is, make sure you are not running anything else as in crapware and processes when playing. Disable your anti-virus as well and Superfetch if you have that running in your task manager as well. Your anti virus will scan your HDD and that slows things down a bit, Superfetch is a windows task that indexes your most commonly used files and software to be accessed quicker later on and that slows things down as well. Other than that, you're really pushing your rig to play a game like Fallout 4.

In regards to if ENB is using your ram to supplement the Vram you lack...it is but you can't see that. It won't show up in task manager or anything for that matter.

If you can buy a $60 game, then save that extra cash you get for buying games and get yourself a nice rig. Better yet little by little just by a piece of hardware when you can afford it and build one. Its alot cheaper that way.
