Skyrim LE at 2160p

I'm attempting to configure ini's for 2160p for the very first time. In the past I ran 1440p, so I vaguely remember some things...coming from 1080p again though.
Am I correct that I should disable AA and VSync completely? I mod Skyrim very heavily and thoroughly with as many 4K textures as I can find so I'm trying to stay above 30fps.
Anything different with:
Ambient Occlusion?
Anisotropic Filtering?
etc.
My specs:
i7-4790K @ 4.0GHz
16GB DDR3 2400 @ CL10
256GB SSD x 2
Windows 7 Ultimate 64-bit
GTX 1070 8GB vram
Also, I understand that system ram is slower than vram, but vramsizetest always tells me I have 15968 MB available and when I set enblocal.ini to automatically detect it shows the same. I am also not able to go below 512 MB for reserved due to issues with pose and animation mods. 512 was the lowest that had no issues so I have stayed there ever since.
Will probably do Rudy vanilla to start.
Any help sincerely appreciated, and thank you for all the work on making ENB a reality!
