ENBSeries

I have enb series v0.323 installed and enb boost not working. Does not increase any fps global effects turned off i have:
[MEMORY]
ForceVideoMemorySize=true
VideoMemorySizeMb=8192
what can i do to fix this? This is for Fallout 4

It is not for increasing fps and it was made for old game version, probably not work at all. That parameters are for fixing blurred textures.

its somewhat working no stuttering i think when i use it but it does not use any of my system ram. Previously without enb i cannot achieve stable 50 fps locked when without enb on 1050 ti 1080p max settings
Edit: enb creates visual problems when all effects disabled water puddles reflection changes in bad way and other reflections
