GTA SA: Huge fps drop ENB 313

First of all, i do not support this game any more cause no interest from players to my mod. Second, it's very outdated version, it's pointless to report issues with old ones, unless you see old works, but new don't in certain condition. The last but not least, how do you imagine me to fix this? Play the game till that mission? I need save game.
