RTX 3060 Low Performance

Hey all. I'm playing Oldrim with ENB and the RLO mod at 1440p. I don't really wish to lower my resolution because 1080p looks blurry on my monitor. I have an RTX 3060 with 12GB of VRAM and 32GB of RAM. I'm noticing in cities and towns I'm dropping to around 30-40 fps. I believe I have disabled all super sampling options. I have tried enabling the adaptive quality setting but I don't think it's actually activating or working. I also turned on the detect video memory setting. If any of you know any INI tweaks that I should be aware of please let me know. Thanks.

You can't do much about those places, game have very bad performance cause of cpu bottleneck called "draw calls" or "dip" and it's amount of objects visible on the screen is a factor of framerate. You could reduce quality of heavy effects, like ambient occlusion, but that not gonna solve the problem. Try reduce lod distance in game setting.

Okay, thanks for the info. I suppose if I used BethINI I could add a few FPS?

Decrease shadow resolution from 4K to 2K in Bethini for 10-15 FPS, but they won't look as sharp. Also, eFPS exteriors mod may reduce draw calls by adding occlusion planes, but it requires a new save game and may need patches for exterior overhauls. My performance seems a bit better in some outdoor locations with that mod, but sometimes there's no difference.
