Kingdom Come Deliverance - Low GPU usage

Hi, running ENB v0360 with KCD 1.9.6 in the following system:

Ryzen 7 5800
RTX 3080ti 12GB
32GB DDR4 3600
Game installed in NVME 3rd generation.

I tried 3 presets I found in the nexus site, but all 3 have the exact behaviour, 100% CPU usage, 45-65% GPU usage.

I have no experience with ENB, can anyone point me what effect is so CPU heavy that is killing the performance this much? I'm playing at 3440x1440 resolution using the lastest nVidia drivers.

There are no cpu dependent effects in the enbseries. It's also impossible to have 100% cpu usage for such cpu cause of 16 cores, it's just a game, not cpu benchmark. Search problem elsewhere.
