So it might have to do with specularity? Which setting should I try to modify, then? I'm a bit new at this stuff so explain in layman's terms please.
Also, like I said I've only tried ENB 0.119 and that's where I got this issue. Unlike mannygt I never used 0.122 or 0.123, so it might not be version-specific if indeed he had the same issue. It seems there aren't many presets for any versions above ENB 0.119 for Skyrim as of yet, at least I haven't seen them.

Hmm, if you experienced the issue with 0.119 as well it might be a different one...
Anyway, if you want to experiment a bit open enbseries.ini and lower SpecularAmountMultiplierDay. It's perhaps worthwhile to make a note of the original setting, in which case I usually just copy the line, paste the copy above the original line and comment the it out by inserting // in front so that's it not read by ENB.
