Cannot run ENB on Skyrim

Hey everyone so I recently had wiped my hard drive on my Computer and I downloaded skyrim again via steam. Before I had wiped it I used the K ENB 0.157 version. When I had gotten my skyrim and my ENB implemented back in the game it CTDs the second I press on the launcher. What kind of problem is this? It used to work before, why doesn't it work now even when I had completely wiped my whole computer and started from scratch? Any help or suggestions would be appreciated.

Search for any software running on background which hook in to game process. Overlay statistics and chats, overclocking, etc (Steam overlay also may not work in theory, but for me it's ok). Also same may happen if running game not as admin.

I ran the game on admin multiple times and it does not work, I have nothing running on my background besides my nvidia control panel and my AVAST Antivirus.

Are you using any of the old stuff, preferences files, saves, mods? Might also be a some kind of conflict issue, the same happens to me sometimes when I'm using two Skyrim installations on the same system (for modding purposes).

All of my mods are fairly new and my skyrim has no saves onto it because I just downloaded it. Don't possibly know what could be conflicting that would stop skyrim from working. But when I delete the enb completely skyrim runs just fine.

Have you tried without avast?

Just did an uninstall on AVAST and still CTD as soon as I pressed the launcher button. Don't understand why ENB isn't working when it always has ever since.

Are you sure that don't have software running like EVGA, Afterburn, D3D Ovverider, XFire, screen capture software or anything like that? If you don't recieve any message except classic crash "send to microsoft", then it's software conflict only (never seen drivers acting like that). Don't know how about win8 and do you have it.

I'm not running anything like that but I remember having to use a d3dx9_43.dll cleaner to run my skyrim in the first place and I have never had to do that before. Do you think that could be the problem? And I am running Windows 7 64 bit

Missing dll problem give different error message, so it's not. I'm out of ideas.
