Cannot run ENB on Skyrim

Ehhhh, don't have any either, guess I have to deal with Original Skyrim.

So after reinstalling windows 7 I was able to run ENB on my skyrim now. But a very peculiar thing happened. When I installed the SKSE plugin my file said I was missing the D3DX9_43.DLL file again but after I said okay on the popup Skyrim ran regardless with the ENB running. So I figured to just install the D3 file again because of annoyance of the popup. So It ends of instantly CTDing again when I download that file but when I delete it I can run Skyrim with the ENB.

Well just one more thing, every effect works except for my sunrays. It acts as if I don't have the bFloatRenderPointTarget activated.

Downgrade drivers.

Yes, that worked. Easiest solutions the whole time.

Search for any software running on background which hook in to game process.
