Re: skyrim tfc issue (v. 0.200)
1) Is this happen with other versions?
2) With another preset?
3) With my official files only, without any other d3d9 mods?
4) What should i do to see this myself?

i was using the 0.68 before (with other ENB preset) and no issue
2) With another preset?
i still didn't turned to other ENB preset, since now i used the 0.200 only with Opethfeldt 7 (beta)
3) With my official files only, without any other d3d9 mods?
i am using your enb dll and host files
4) What should i do to see this myself?
maybe u can experience this issue just installing the Opethfeldt 7 (with 0.200 dll)
http://skyrim.nexusmods.com/mods/18941/?
i also posted the same bug notice on their forum

Re: skyrim tfc issue (v. 0.200)
Do you have issue with weather system disabled? If yes, this unfixable.

Re: skyrim tfc issue (v. 0.200)
I have only tried one preset with the new 0.200dll and that is Opethfeldt's7 ENB Beta. I get the same issue with that enb preset. I will test another preset with 0.200dll to determine if it's Opethfeldts preset or the binary.

Re: skyrim tfc issue (v. 0.200)
Pretty sure this is due to weather detection. When TFC 1 is active, enb_reference eventually looses track of the current weather and reverts to ENBSERIES settings. However, there is an intermediary stage where the screen does not look like its affected by the weather specific ini or ENBSERIES. I agree with skyone, that intermediary effect ilooks good in a lot of cases.
Easier to simulate for me when in windowed mode:
1. Enable multiple weathers
2. Console + TFC 1
3. Go do something in another window for about a minute
4. Go back to Skyrim and (typically) bamm, you are there
5. Settings and screen are usually restored once exiting TFC 1 (you may have to force the weather at times though)
Disabling multiple weathers fixes it, although upon re=entering Skyrim (step 5 above) the screen may "settle" for a second but it will return to proper settings.

Re: skyrim tfc issue (v. 0.200)
Then i can't do anything, scripts living by their own rules and helper mod can't work with the game properly as it's how game made.

Re: skyrim tfc issue (v. 0.200)
this is the explanation of the issue from the creator of the preset (opethfeldt 7 beta)
opethfeldt 30 kudos 297 posts
When using tfc, the ENb reference loses the data from weather somehow and shift to default config, I noticed this is very random, sometimes I can fly everywhere without a single shift.
