See the image below for the problem. In short, the entire image is blurry except for the mouse cursor. I'm using ENB Generic v0076.
I've tried turning off ALL effects in enbseries.ini, including the obvious DOF setting. Nothing works. All ini settings have blur. Turning off ENB ingame turns off the blur.
Important part: I used to have it working. I can't figure out what I changed that killed it. There are very few ingame settings (older game) but I've monkeyed with all of them. I briefly had RadeonPro installed to try to help out a different problem, but have since uninstalled it. I have all my driver settings set to use application settings. I had installed the newest drivers for my card, thought that might be the problem, and reverted back to the older drivers, but the problem remained, so I went back to the newest. I've uninstalled/reinstalled the game.
Googling shows other people with the problem, but they never mention a solution. Can anyone think of what might be the problem? Any clues? What could I have done to make it not work?
Salute to Boris. Your effect is to die for. Nothing comes close for me.

Can anyone point me in the right direction on this? I've seen others have the problem, but I can't find anyone that followed through and showed how/if they solved it.

You have wrong setting in catalyst control center or something else in drivers, the degraded image is that trick amd using to increase performance, this is frequently visible with my mod.

Thank you. I'll focus the search on my drivers.
I appreciate your time.

Re: ENB + Mabinogi: Is this a DOF Problem?
Update: Solved it.
And here's how, for people in the future, with the same problem, that google like crazy searching for an answer (like I've been doing for the last couple of weeks.)
It was RadeonPro. When you uninstall RadeonPro, it doesn't remove all the changes made by itself. Before you uninstall RadeonPro you have to click on "Global" (making sure you're not only making changes to one profile), then hit "Reset Defaults" in the top right (in blue, looking like an underlined link), and then "Save Changes" on the bottom left (again in blue, looking like an underlined link). Then you can uninstall RadeonPro and know it's really gone.
Keep in mind all of the things I did that DID NOT WORK. I uninstalled RadeonPro. I uninstalled my graphic card drivers. I reinstalled RadeonPro. I reinstalled different versions of my drivers, old ones, current ones, beta ones. I used Driver Sweeper. I went into my registry, searched for and deleted any references to RadeonPro I could find. I did a bunch more things, but they're less pertinent now that I know the solution.
I was ready to let it go for this one game, Mabinogi. But last night I was playing Torchlight 2 (not with ENB), and all the textures looked washed out and blurry. I was mostly playing during a night/snowy scene, so I ignored my initial impressions that something was off. Then, on instinct, I fired up Empire: Total War and it had the same problem. That's when I knew that I had a serious gamer-problem.
So I googled some more, found references to people playing Half-Life and other Source-engine games, and they couldn't solve the washed out texture problem. That led to what I think were some cheat sites that were using RadeonPro to *purposely* wash out the graphics in online games to limit visual distractions. At any rate, I eventually solved it and gave out a whoop.
All this effort reminded me how much I love ENB. It makes old games look new again. It's a back-catalog savior. It makes newer games have visuals to die for. So with that in mind, I just sent a small donation to support ENB and I recommend that everyone else do the same. Do yourself a favor, both long term and short term, and support ENB. Thanks for your hard work and free gift, Boris.
