Weird ENB graphics glitch

I've been getting a weird bug similar to the one shown in the following image over on Skyrim SE Nexus:

The difference with my issue is the fact that it only affects glowing objects like the orbs one can acquire during Chapter 4 of VIGILANT. I'm using Intrigued ENB (also had this issue when using NVT ENB), which requires Obsidian Weathers. Seems to be associated with SSS (Subsurface Scattering). Also, the issue with shadowy/blocky blood textures on dead bodies still persists. Yes, I'm using the latest version of ENB Series (0.345 last I checked) but the issue persists. Please investigate.

How do i suppose to fix this from screenshot? I cant see such thing myself, so no fix can be done.
