Strange glitch (Rainy weathers only)

I'm getting a very strange glitch during rainy weathers.. The attached image can describe it better than I... There's a seam where there should be rain towards the bottom of the screen. The rain doesn't go all the way down across the screen like it should...

You always post some exotic bugs other's don't have. I don't even know what to answer, never seen them. Rain in both skyrims is particle in 3d space, so that way many particles can't be cut. Rain in my code do not have any clipping by distance/depth, so also not the case. The most important thing you didn't say if this appear only with rain enabled of ENBSeries or not and if this problem occur without over mods at all (vanilla game).
And please, do not attach pictures to the forum, use image hosting services, attaches are for presets and effects, temporary data just increase size of site which is difficult to backup if huge.
