[GTA V] Flickering issue with ENB only

Hello,

I believe I've found a bug with the GTA V version of ENB series. Please take a look at the following video and focus on the wall that's flickering while the ENB effects are active (In the same video I enable/disable ENB so you guys can see that just happens when using ENB):

It seems to happen on many buildings walls and other surfaces not just that wall but I have not seen this in any kind of world object yet.
(There's a red screen for a second, please forget that it was caused by myself stupidly).

It is normal mapping shadows most likely. Anyway, this mod is not supported.

Oh, well I understand you are not working on new features at the time due to some people ruining your work and I'm very sorry to hear about that. Still, I was wondering if you could fix this bug anytime soon. Me and a few more people are having the issue with it and is a real shame because ENB is an important element to enhance the current game graphics.
