I have stumbled upon this issue: in the East Empire Warehouse (in a cave without roof below Solitude), the water is reflecting what looks like the sky with ENB turned on. With ENB turned off, the water is dark as it should be I guess. See screenshot with ENB on. What could be the reason for this behaviour?
I use the latest files from version 0.479 with Rudy's Cathedral ENB.

I don't see issue myself, but on discord got asnwer "that's an exterior interior cell, possibly that's the reason". Solution is unknown to me.

Re: Skyrim SE: water reflecting sky in cave with ENB on
Thank you for your fast answer. Ah, interesting, it is indeed not an interior cell, but a worldspace...
As I already use Rudy's Cathedral ENB with different ENB settings for weathers and locations: would it possible to add an additional enbseries .ini for this location and configure its ENB settings accordingly to reduce the sky reflection?
If yes, how can I assign a .ini to a specific location? I have tried to find out, but haven't found out yet how to do that.

This requires to enable per location weather and create such. But i don't remember how this feature works and how to setup it.
