I just recently installed ENB for skyrim and am new to this sort of thing - forgive me if I appear undisciplined.

I'm currently running via the injector as I have an EVGA utility (and FRAPS) running in the background. Everything seems to work, it boots up, I see the start menu. I can even Shift-F12 to turn the ENB on and off.

However, when I click 'continue' or 'start new game', Skyrim just disappears. No error message, nothing. CTD.

Something I noticed - if I have ENB off when I click 'Continue' it works just fine - until I press Shift-F12, that is.

I'm running an EVGA GTX 460, with the Lite Pure ENB version .109

i7, 8gb ram, etc

Too much old version of the mod, but i think you just don't have enough video memory to run the mod. Turn off antialiasing in game and/or decrease resolution. Or/and decrease quality of textures or/and remove high-res texture packs/dlc.

Yes! I disabled everything and it works now. I've just got to slowly re-enable everything and see how much wiggle room I've got.

I can't get the same to work with recording program dxtory.

For some reason it works ok with MSI Afterburner....but not dxtory. No idea why.

I tried running Skyrim at LOW graphics settings but still it crashes.

It only crashes if I run SKSE though....by that I mean

Skyrim + dxtory + ENB = works
Skyrim + dxtory + ENB + SKSE = CTD upon loading a game

Maybe it's not SKSE but a mod using skse?
