When i use the .119 or .120 skyrim d3d9, this happens. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=l_H4olJ02y0

I am running a gtx 680 with the newest drivers.

Turn off ambient occlusion and sky lighting, check which of them cause the bug. Is it happen only in this place and camera rotation?

It happens with both off. It happens when i turn/look up and down.

You mean everywhere this bug appear in exterior scenes?
When parallax fix turned off and speed hack too, is it happen? I don't know what else.

I tried turning both of those off and it still happens.

I just found out that it only happens when i look in the direction of the sun.

Don't know then, not for 0.120 and especially for 0.119.

Tested myself yesterday, nothing wrong for me. As it's unknown bug, it's probably because of drivers, can't help.
