only happens when i look up on the sky

Your sky looks very bright anyway, it seems to be bloom to me...If you reduce the blueshiftamount of the bloom, does it become less blue? if yes; then it's bloom.

tried to reduce it but does not seem to help, i tried to disable all mods just to check if it's one of them but it does not look like it is mod :cry:
