I don't know why it's doing this but I just installed Chinagreenelvis's ENB package (because it works with Steam and EFLC) and everything works great except for Anti Aliasing. It works, but everything is very blurry no matter what I try to change.

Here it is with No AA

It's kind of hard to see but instead of just doing AA, when I force AA it blurs it like that.

Don't remember solution or why this happen, better ask on gtaforums.com, there are much more enbseries users. And check if effect.txt is in game folder and remove it, this may help too.

It worked!!! It looks perfect now without effect.txt, do I not need that file then? Because it looks like nothing changed besides fixing the AA :D

This file contain additional post processing effects, probably they are not configured correctly or in display drivers quality options reduced (texture mipmap detail lowered, several parameters could be).

It depends of what package you do use actually.
Effect.txt, we used it a lot for FXAA, so we don't have to use the ENB SSAA which costs performance quite a lot at least on my old computer, only Gionight was able to play it with SSAA during a time.

So I think the CGE package was using FXAA 2 or 3, that's why you got this problem.
It's not needed except if you want noise & sharpening. but you can always do that without using the FXAA.
