I've had a lot of ctd's with the latest 310.70 drivers. Which latest version has proven to be stable?

First of all, what is you videocard? My old work more or less okay even with 310.70, but the best 275 or even better 197 (but skyrim not work). 306 is definetly better than 310, i found a lot of negative replies on the hardware forums.
