 Post subject: Bokeh Effect to "Sharp"

I have been having this issue for a month, and I cant seem to fix it at all,

This is the issue, whenever I have bokeh enables, I get the normal bokeh effect but then I get this, which doesnt seem like it should be so pronounced

If you guys would know how to fix that, this would be awesome, as it would help me in developing my ENB quite a bit,

Im using the v102 tad d3d9, but if I use any other d3 I try using bokeh and it doesnt work, I just get Perpetual bluriness in certain areas of my screen where it would be blurry

Better to ask author of that DOF, open that shader and check if it contain any information. Also ask Matso (pm to him).

Well thats the problem, Ive edited it myself, well parts of it, but I dont even remember when I started noticing this, I think it was before I did my own ENB, and I think it has to correlate with either the ENBpref or the effect area, because it has different effects for different dll's, I dunno, Im trying a clean install right now to see if that fixes the issue,

and btw I cant PM Matso because I just joined the forums :(

Use any software which allow to compare files, then to find issue will not be hard. I prefe BeyondCompare3, but it's not free.

Well I just Use Notepad... Good old.. shitty notepad lol

I fixed it though, I think it just has to do with the .102 dll, Dunno, Im going to start using .103 or 130.. whatever it is, the new one, I love the GUI you finally put in :P, very very helpful, was tired of alt tabing to change a setting, um one thing I would like to see added would be a before and after split screen like they have in the Sweet FX injector, very very useful

SweetFX is much more simple, split screen for ENBSeries must affect 3d objects too, i don't want to bother with such code if hotkeys exist. And i don't care how vanilla game looks like, modders should not too, they create their own look.

AH I see that is true, I have a question are you ever planning on adding the SSAO Algorithm from 102 back in, I dont really like not having the ssao on the ground under feet and certain objects :(

I can make it as another ssao type in parameter, but better to finish existing, old ssao was designed for characters only and for low dynamic range. Latest is bad, but at least it's move forward to version i want to make (complex enough to develop at once for lazy guy like me).

Lol dont worry im lazy too! So your saying that the Character SSAO will be put back into the ENB Series at some point?

No, i haven't said that. If future version of ssao will not look good enough, i'll add old one as additional type.
