Hi,

I can see the polygons of the ground in skyrim. The seem to have shadows between them. Especially in snowy areas. Actually i don´t know if it´s a bug or some type of misconfiguration. Turning of Ambient Occlusion seems to solve the problem. But I´d really like to keep AO! How can I fix this?

Which ENB binary are you using?

Try using AOMixingType 0 or 2 and lowering AOAmount.

Hi mindflux,

I´ve tried to set AOMixingType but my game chrashes a split-second after loading the savegame. I tried it several times. Lowering the AOAmount makes the problem less noticeable.
I´ve noticed this since skyrim (randomly) reset my settings. I´m using 0.119 and it worked perfectly until i noticed that. I can´t remember to have seen this strange behaviour before skyrim has reset my settings.

Distant terrain doesn´t have that problem. Only on approaching the polygons seem to have shadows on their edges.

Apart of that I´ve noticed a black line in the upper third of the screen.

Well, 0.119 doesn't have AOMixingType setting so there's not much you can do.

It might be a good idea to fix the game settings and then make both SkyrimPrefs.ini and Skyrim.ini as read-only.

It's the issue of non deffered renderer, so if you stick to 0.119 or earlier, then no solution, ssao computed without per pixel normals.
