Hi all,
I'm sorry to bother you again, but I have a problem with SSIL and it probably doesn't work (at least for me) as intended.
Basically whenever I activate Ambient Occlusion through GUI or SSAO/Dof Toggler I have the doubt that only the SSAO is working while SSIL doesn't show up at all, because I don't see any changes even when I set ILAmount/ILAmountindoor at 20.
I only see SSAO's shadows, but nothing more.
Here's 2 comparison images:
(ILAmount on 2)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/fprg50xkl5kqf ... ON%202.jpg
(IlAmount on 20)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/zul1tw3c7vk78 ... N%2021.jpg
After I read on this forum that a user tried to disabled Skylightning to see the differences, I tried it too and it seems that now the difference is quite visible:
(IlAmount on 2 + Skylightning OFF)

(IlAmount on 20 + Skylightning OFF)
https://www.dropbox.com/s/dp8whpz36d1lb ... N%2020.jpg

But I'm not sure it's still working as it should, the difference isn't so strong like it should be..
How can I confirm it's really doing its job?
Is SSIL really dependant from Skylightning?
Could it be an hardware incompatibility or maybe something wrong in my settings?
Here's my current SSAO/SSIL settings:
[SSAO_SSIL]
UseIndirectLighting=true
UseComplexIndirectLighting=true
SamplingQuality=0
SamplingRange=0.35
FadeFogRangeDay=13.0
FadeFogRangeNight=13.0
SizeScale=0.707
SourceTexturesScale=0.707
FilterQuality=0
AOAmount=1.1
AOAmountInterior=1.0
ILAmount=2.1
ILAmountInterior=2.05
AOMixingType=1
AOMixingTypeInterior=1
AOIntensity=1.16
AOIntensityInterior=1.15
AOType=0
FadeFogRangeInteriorDay=10.0
FadeFogRangeInteriorNight=9.5
FilterType=0
SamplingPrecision=0

After changes save config by button in gui and press backspace key to reload mod data or restart game.
Skylighting not work in interiors. Ssil amount depends from lighting conditions, yours are not intense enough ldr.

Are you absolutely sure SSAO is working? Just an idea, maybe you have hardware AA enabled.

Oh yes I forgot to mention that I restarted the game everytime I changed the settings, sorry I didn't write it because I was considering it trivial :oops:
But actually I have the same problem outdoor during daytime and clear weather, I don't think that is a lack of lightning condition :(

@mindflux: I have an ATI card with CCC on "use software settings" on everything, so I suppose not.. and I think it's actually half-working because whenever I activate ambient occlusion the difference between on/off is very strong (talking about the AO shadows), but I don't see any changes about IL.

Here some outdoor screenshot "non-comparison" (I restarted the game everytime I saved a screenshot):

I don't see it, at all. Try FadeFogRange variables =1.

I tried changing FadeFogRange but I don't see any changes.
I had this problem even with other enb presets not only with my own, so probably it depends on something else..
If you need any additional info just tell me, atm I can tell you that I use an ATI card (7850 2gb) with latest drivers.
Curiously Fallout 3 enb ambient occlusion works fine, even the IL.

Are you using any additional lighting mods? Have you tried reverting the game preferences by deleting the ini files?

No I don't use lightning mods, I used one named "Blackout" that was similar to darker dungeons (it basically removed the flag "show sky" only from dungeons/cave/ruins/other indoors) but I stopped using it a week ago.
I did the ini procedure multiple times, today I did it again before doing those screenshots (but this time I just modified the new inis with the things needed for enb to work, the other times I just recreated the rendererinfo and then put back the backup inis), but nothing changed :/

Very odd indeed. You mentioned you have exprienced the same issue with other presets as well, but what about the stock ENB files?

I'm kind of suspecting that there's something in CCC that's causing the issue. Is everything at stock values in the Skyrim profile? Can you force antialiasing off?

Do you mean the unedited files in the enb archive, downloaded from enbdev?
Yeah I tried them too but I didn't see any difference, only SSAO shadowing and nothing more..
About CCC I have force-disabled all, look at the screenshot

I think there is something no-enb related that isn't working with enb, maybe ccc maybe drivers, I don't know.
Like I said in the previous post: Fallout's SSAO and SSIL work fine, Skyrim's not :/
