Hey there...

I've just recently installed the new Unreal cinema ENB. http://skyrim.nexusm...m/mods/37202//?

Its the best ENB i've ever seen, just one problem: A whitewashed look on sunny days. I've contacted the author of this ENB and he knew about this problem. Apperently some people are having this problem with some ENBs. He is quite sure that its about a particular INI setting in one of the 2 *.ini files but he can't remember which setting, or what the solution was.

I would very much appreciate any type of info about a possible solution!

bFloatingPointTarget=1 is not set in all skyrimprefs.ini files.

No other tips. Search for ALL skyrimprefs.ini on your pc and modify that value to 1.

I managed to reproduce this issue and fixed it by altering...

DetectorLevelCurve=

There is an updated version (updated to 0.168 from 0.157) with the fix I applied implemented.

I remember someone pointing out an ini tweak they applied in skyrimprefs.ini that they said worked to fix it but I cannot remember the line. It wasn't the one Boris mentioned though. That's a standard install requirement.

If it's a skyrim .ini setting that has been assigned a bad value why not just rename the current one or move it to another folder, then generate new ini files with the skyrimlauncher, do a test run and see if it helps. If it helps check the settings between the files to see what has been changed.

More specifically it was something that was fixed by adding a line into skyrimprefs.ini. I remember this being raised on an older version a few months back but I cannot for the life of me remember what the line added was.

I know some have tried regenerating ini files and that doesn't seem to alleviate the issue.

If it's a line that needs to be added it must already be in use but currently "hidden" in the skyrimprefs.ini file. Open up the SkyrimEditorPrefs.ini as that has most of the available commands and maybe you can spot the one you can't remember the name for in their.
