Skyrim ENB top and bottom of screen bug.

Hey guys! I love this mod but I was wondering if anybody could help me get rid of these things that appear on the top and bottom of my screen. It only started after I installed the mod and I did it all following the installation video.

What video is that? There's no official installation video.
Anyway, I take it that you mean the buggy letterbox effect? If so, comment out #define VIGNETTE or #define USE_LETTERBOX_EFFECT in enbeffect.fx by inserting // in front of the line.

I'm looking at the enbeffect.fx file and there is // in front of every single line. Also, I cannot find USE_LETTERBOX_EFFECT.
The installation video is in the nexus mod website. The creator of the mod saw it and told me everything was correct.
