| Post subject: | Possible Skylighting bug |
Hello, been fiddling around with enb for a while and I finally registered on this forum, unfortunately because I'm having an issue I have been unable to solve myself. recently I been installing an enb again and I noticed a subtle yet noticeable bug with the outline of the land and foliage. This bug is not Aliasing but rather a set of lines outlaying the edge. it took me a while to finally narrow it down to the skylighting option. I triple checked my ini to make sure it was configured correctly, I turned off hardware AA and installed and turned on TAA to see if it would go away. it's kind of hard to show in a picture, but look at the horizon of the road and the foliage to the left. This effect goes away with skylighting turned off. I should note I have been using enb for a long time in the past but this is the first time I have encountered this bug. I don't know if i fiddled with a setting at some point, or maybe one of the new binaries? Thanks in advance for any assistance pic- http://imageshack.us/a/img90/294/9rne.png |

That noise is artifact of bilateral filtering and very hard to fix it, i already spent several weeks to tweak the same for shadows and ssao and as remember, copied code to sky lighting. |

Hello. i'm getting same issues using my preset (RealVision ENB): a lot of my downloaders reported about this bug. have a look: ![]() and zoomed: ![]() issue appears not always but on bright objects or snow it's very visible. if skylighting is turned off, issue disappears |

Increase quality of sky lighting filter. It's noise of randomization of effect after filtering. |
