First off, I love the ENB in-game gui. It's really handy.
However, I cannot figure out why the cursor in game for the ENB gui does not move with mouse movement.
If I violently shake the mouse for a few seconds, the cursor disappears, sometimes reappearing and staying stuck in another location on the screen.
I was content with my ENB settings for a while until trying a new preset, and upon which I realized the cursor would not move, thereby making the use of the ENB GUI impossible.

Frankly, I don't even know where to start in trying to fix this problem, and I was hoping someone here would have advice.

If it matters, my environment is AMD 7xxx series video card on Skyrim through Steam, running on Windows 8.
ENB versions tried are 0.168, 0.175, and 0.182
Keyboard commands such as shift+f12 and shift+enter still work instantly with the expected result.

If you mean that game cursor and mod cursor differ by position and speed, then it's normal. If you mean mod rotating cursor stop moving even if it's on screen visible, this is not because of mod, some other software interupt commands, may be skse mod. Never heard about this yet.

So, my first test should be to run the game through the TESV.exe or Skyrim Launcher only?
I did not think to mention SKSE since it had previously worked gloriously with it, but I guess it makes sense to reduce the possible sources of error.

Edit: Bingo. It was SKSE. Now I remember that I recently switched to SKSE 1.6.15 to 1.6.16
Maybe that's why. Thanks for the help.

I am having this issue on my computer however disabling SKSE by launching skyrim directly does not solve the problem. What should i do? I also disabled Steam Community overlay.

Can't say anything, problem is very rare and new, one or two users reported only.

I have exactly the same problem and I'm also using Windows 8.
Any idea what can be causing it?

To provide a better description of what the problem is:
When pressing Shift Enter in-game, the GUI cursor is a frozen hourglass (as if it's loading or processing something, but it's frozen with no animation) and the mouse cursor still moves the character around.

Why couldn't I make a proper post and got this crazy message saying my post is "too spamy"?

/edit
I believe it's because I was either saying the words "enbseries" or "skse".
