Real Vision ENB option C full, i was running this ENB with no problems until now. If it helps my GPU is a GTX 760.

Can't help, to draw eyes without effects i'm doing some filters of them, if they not work, then forcefakevideocard=true set or eyes have different shaders, not handled by me and unknown. These all came to mind.

Just remembered, someone posted long time ago same issue and fixed it, may be skyrimprefs.ini was modified manually wrong, let the game recreate it.

I fixed i had to turn off my AA and let the ENB just run it thnx again.
