flickering, red sky, white ground, black everything etc

hi guys.

i just installed a new CPU (yeay ) and had to reinstall windows7, skyrim and ENB.

now, with enbv229 i have horrendeous flickering, sky turn red or black, ghosting images of the SSAO, white frames and all sorts of distortions i never had before.
the only ENB i do not have this issues with is the original files of ENB. every other config from any other modder out there gives me these issues.
this also happens in ENB v221.

my GPU is HD6870 with the latest catalyst (none beta) driver - 13.9

can anyone help?

I think it's antialiasing enabled in catalyst control center (there are many things which must be disabled). If not, try older drivers, i don't think amd will do any positive updates to your model any more.

supposedly that's the issue. i think the ENB is saying this in the game itself.
however in my driver there is no AA enabled. every single setting is set to "use application settings". :-[

Then game itself have it enabled or you have other software which doing this.
