I am having a big problem with the candles and such glow being very bright and I can't figure out how to fix it. Any help would be appreciated!

I think what you are looking for is the [LIGHTSPRITE] section of the enbseries.ini, try changing (tweaking) the values someplace where you have the issues (e.g. a room with candles) and see if you manage to solve it. A picture of the problem would help.
