An issue I had for a pretty long time, long before .2xx binaries came along, and still have it. It is a minor thing but breaks the immersion. In vanilla Skyrim the trees sway nicely, but as soon as I turn on ENB by pressing SHIFT+F12 the sway speed decreases to 10% of the original speed or even worse, seeming as if they are in slow motion. Pressing key combination again to disable ENB revert is to normal, so I don't know what it depends on. I have an average FPS of about 30, and it almost never goes down below 20, and everything else works fine without slower animations, only that damn trees swaying in the wind (barely). Can anyone help or have an idea what it could be and/or what I should do? If needed I could upload a video to show it.

Game engine limits tree swaying if framerate is less than 32 fps. SpeedTree designed it that way. Only way is to have more than 32 fps at any time, all the time, if you want tree/grass motion to stay fluid.

Damn damn damn damn damn! That sucks big time. Especially since despite the relatively low FPS my game runs quite smoothly and I have no issues beside this. And it's not likely I will manage to have high FPS while using ENB, RCRN, many HD texture packs, and 100+ mods (my Skyrim folder is about 20 GB in size: http://prntscr.com/24khdt). It's bad news for me, but thanks for the heads up. And since it's an Engine limitation I doubt there is going to be a mod that can solve it. If anyone has an idea what I should do, reply here or PM me, thanks in advance.
