I have the problem that my ENBHost starts constantly from the moment I start the Skyrim Launcher. After closing the launcher, and any ENBHost tabs it opened, it slows down until no more open, but it means I can get practically nothing done while my Launcher is open. SKSE doesn't have this problem, but it is sometimes necessary to use the Launcher.

But it wasn't very helpful, as the process is in my firewalls and anti-virus, and I haven't seen the issue documented anywhere else.

Any help would be greatly appreciated, I am a noob ENB user, but I do try to find answers before asking a question myself.

I can't help. But it could be any software security related or some skse plugin.

Ah, it was the SKSE plugin for Racemenu, for some reason. Don't know what effect deleting it will have on my game, but thanks for mentioning the plugins. I never would have guessed it was one of them without you.

EDIT: Well, deleting it worked at first, now it's doing it again, and I'm at a loss.

EDIT 2: I reopened my launcher and let the ENBHosts keep starting until they eventually stopped, @ about 412 of them. Shortly thereafter I reopened the Launcher and ENBHost didn't start up again. Don't know if this information is useful in the slightest, but I thought I'd mention it.

EDIT 3: It appears to be Razer Synapse, as every time ENBHost starts up, the CPU usage of Synapse jumps from .5 to 40%, and ENBHost doesn't stop starting until it either crashes or is closed manually.
