Dragonborn DLC was missing,trying to update now.

Hi everyone,
I tried today to install ENB on Skyrim following this guide (Skyrim Ultimate Graphics Tutorial ''Revision JAN/FEB 2014' by PredCaliber).
My config is:
-Intel i7 4770k
-8gb ram
-GTX260 (i know,i'll get 10 fps but that's not the point)

Basically what happens is that when i launch the Skyrim SKSE,a small window on the top left corner appear and then the usual "Stopped working" message appears.
I've tried also with the "standard" .ini file,and to run it from the launcher but it won't start.
I've disabled both AA and Anisotropic filter from the Nvidia control panel.
Any idea on why it won't start?

For some reason Steam didn't download the Dragonborn DLC,i'm updating now.
I'll edit the post again if it's going to work or not.

Outdated DirectX Runtime, some incompatible SKSE plugin, crapware like Afterburner, EVGA, etc etc etc.

Thanks,it was EVGA,anyway even after tweaking the ini to reduce view distance,grass,filters,map sizes etc i wasn't able to get more than 12-16 fps out of it
But it was nice to see it working with my own eyes.
Guess i'll have to wait for a new GPU,anyway great work with it,seemed really nice.

Turn off heavy effects or decrease their quality, i runned the mod with GF9600GT fine.
