When you're in third person mode in Skyrim, the camera is set up so that a little bit of your right arm goes in and out of the middle point of the screen while you're walking or running. Since the DoF focuses on whatever you have in the exact middle of the screen, it's constantly focusing and un-focusing on your arm while you're trying to walk or run, which blurs and un-blurs everything in the distance again and again and again.

If an exception could be made in the DoF to not focus on the player while in third person mode, that would be really awesome. I love walking around in third person, I love having Depth of Field on, but I really hate the constant blurring and unblurring being done while I'm walking around.

Thanks.

Edit: Maybe an option to ignore the player while in third person would be better, instead of just throwing it out completely.

I can't make any options, what you ask must be done by author(s) of dof shader(s) in the enbeffectprepass.fx, it have shader which compute focusing plane.

disable ENB DOF install Dynavision Dynamic DOF, you can set it too static dof and it does not do that focus bullshit.. it uses the game engine dof ass well so it is much less off a perf impact.

... or just use the wonderful Customizable Camera mod and position it exactly where you like!
