I just installed ENB and everything is apparently working

What I see that is a problem, when I am running with char and I put camera in first person the character stops to run and keep just walking, my FPS is all time more than 30

does anyone know what is happening? why can't I run if camera is in first person? If I put camera far I can run normally.

I posted here because I had game working, I installed ENB mod with NMM and the mod was on (message at beggining and console) but I started to have the issue, I removed and ENB mod and the issue has gone....
